Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Follitude (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License to Use the App

Beacon Light Investments grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Follitude on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the App Store's or Google Play's applicable usage rules.

3. Your Content

Everything you enter into Follitude — cycle logs, medications, monitoring records, journal entries, benefit profiles, cost estimates, and funding scenarios — is yours. It's stored locally on your device only. We do not access, host, or claim any ownership over your content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Follitude offers a free tier and an optional "Follitude Pro" upgrade, available either as an auto-renewing monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase:

• Monthly subscription. Automatically renews each month at the price shown in-app at the time of purchase, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — Beacon Light Investments cannot cancel it on your behalf.
• Lifetime purchase. A single, one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the same Pro features permanently, with no recurring charge.

All purchases, renewals, and cancellations are processed entirely by Apple or Google, and refunds are governed entirely by the App Store's or Google Play's own refund policies — Beacon Light Investments does not process payments or refunds directly. If a subscription lapses, content you already created is never hidden or deleted; only the creation of new Pro-tier content is paused until you renew or restore a prior purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except as permitted by law, and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. Medical and Financial Disclaimer

Follitude is a diary and a planner, not a clinician, an insurer, or a financial advisor. It records and organizes what you enter — it does not interpret results, predict outcomes, adjust protocols, recommend or suggest doses, or make coverage or benefit determinations. Any threshold, flag, or count shown in the App (such as an injection-site rotation reminder or a follicle-size count) is a simple organizational aid based on your own entered data, not a clinical judgment. Always follow the guidance of your treating clinic, your insurer, and your financial counselor rather than anything displayed in the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beacon Light Investments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any loss of data stored on your device, or any clinical or financial decision made in reliance on information you entered into the App.

9. Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If these Terms change materially, the "Effective date" above will be updated. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Data already stored locally on your device remains yours; use "Delete All My Data" in Settings to remove it. A subscription must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
